Office Operations Manager
Tricia joins the Holmes Riseley CPAs and Tax Advisors team with over 15 years of experience in client case coordination and executive assistance management. She works closely with all members of the team to ensure the needs of clients are met while exceeding the high service standards set internally for superior client experience.
She is frequently working with other professionals and partner agencies to advance the needs of clients throughout their planning. Tricia provides expert organizational skills and operational management and is recognized by clients for her attention to detail and personal care on all client files.
Prior to joining the team, Tricia worked as an executive assistant and case coordinator at a local firm.
Tricia lives in the Peterborough area with her husband and two children and is actively involved in the Parent Council at her children’s school and community initiatives dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged youth.
