ABOUT
Michael is the co-founder of Holmes Riseley CPAs and Tax Advisors and brings with him over a decade of experience in accounting and business valuation services.
He is responsible for the management of compilation and review engagements for corporate clients and advises on income tax matters for both corporate and personal clients.
Michael is relied upon for his business valuation background and provides industry-leading advisory services by identifying value drivers and growth areas for businesses to maximize their value in a potential sale or assisting them through other corporate matters.
Michael was the founder of MTR Valuation Services and previously worked as Vice President at a local credit union and in various roles in public accounting firms.
He also volunteers his time on the Board of Directors of Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation, Community Futures Peterborough and Peterborough Regional Health Centre. He lives in the region with his wife and daughter.
